Once you've successfully completed your 12 week probationary period, you will get your Apex Flow Card. This gives you the opportunity to earn 'points' for delivering service standards that exceed our customers expectations when it's your birthday and when guests mention you in any of their feedback. You can then redeem your 'points' in our restaurants or to stay at an Apex Hotel or why not treat yourself to a box of chocolates.
