T&Cs Apply - see below. Booking in Advance?: If you are booking in advance, take advantage of our 'Lowest Rate' which can be booked a minimum of 7 days in advance. T&Cs Apply - see below. Short Break?: If you're looking to get away with a partner/friend for a few days, take advantage of our 'Short Breaks Rate', which include breakfast and can be booked a minimum of 7 days in advance. Bringing the kids? They stay and eat free! T&Cs Apply - see below. Terms and Conditions Payment Required Rate (e.g Lowest Rate): Rates include VAT. Full payment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Changes can be made to your booking, but are subject to the following terms: Changes can only be made up until 2pm on the day of arrival. No changes are permitted after this time. All changes are subject to availability and a £20 administration fee per booking. Any difference in price will be charged in addition to the original booking. Please note that if the total price on the new reservation is lower than the original booking, no refund will be made and the £20 administration fee will still apply. At the time of booking, a credit or debit card is required as a guarantee for your reservation. No payment is required until you arrive at the hotel. Apex Hotels Ltd reserves the right to charge the guarantee card up to 100% of the reservation value if the guest fails to arrive at the hotel, or according to our cancellation policy below. Short Breaks Rate: In addition to the Payment Required Rate terms and conditions above, rates include breakfast. Short Breaks are non refundable and based on 2 adults sharing for a minimum two night stay. Only available at weekends in London. Kids Stay & Eat Free: Two children up to 17 years old can stay free when sharing with two adults in one of our family rooms, with two queen size double beds. Anyone 18 years or over is charged at adult rate. Children up to 12 years old staying at our hotel eat free when dining off our kids menu, when each is accompanied by at least one paying guest staying and dining at the hotel. A maximum of two children per room may be accommodated. This offer is restricted to one child per paying guest and is subject to availability of suitable family rooms. If you find a lower publicly available rate on a booking channel other than Apex (except for “opaque” websites, where the hotel brand and specific hotel are not known prior to arrival) for the same accommodations at the same hotel, same dates of stay, same length of stay, same number of guests and same room type, same booking conditions and available for purchase, within twenty-four (24) hours of booking your reservation, then simply contact us (on 0845 365 0000 or via our Live Chat service) within twenty-four (24) hours of booking the reservation and upon verification, we'll match that rate and provide 1 (one) complimentary drink voucher.
