Terms and Conditions

- The reference "1IN10" must be quoted at time of booking your 10th meeting
- Valid for new bookings only, taking place up to and including 31st December 2012
- Valid for meeting and training sessions only
- Minimum number 10 delegates and maximum number of 50 delegates apply
- Delegate numbers for 10th event must not exceed the average number of delegates for the previous 9 events
- Events can be booked in any Apex Hotel in Edinburgh or Dundee. Free 10th event will be available in the hotel which has hosted the greatest number of your previous 9 events
- All 10 events must be booked by the same company
