The number of operational posts is enormous; they include Food and Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, Nights, Spa, Kitchen and Conference and Banqueting. Then there are our support areas; including Administration, Events, Purchasing, Reservations, Revenue, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Maintenance, IT and Human Resources.
Once you've successfully completed your 12 week probationary period, you will receive your Apex FLOW card. This gives you the opportunity to earn 'points' for your hard work; for example you'll receive points if a guest mentions you in their positive feedback and comments. You'll also get points on your birthday. You can then redeem these points for dinner in our restaurants, overnight stays in our hotels, shopping vouchers, or even treat yourself to a bottle of wine or a box of chocolates!
As we open new hotels, there are always new chances for transfers, promotions and new jobs. Which is great news for your growing career! We offer a wide range or Training and Development for our staff, including Orientation, accredited training, SVQ/NVQ’s and Supervisory and management training.
