You are also responsible for providing accurate information to Guests regarding luggage handling and storage, local attractions, car parking facilities, conference and bedroom information as well as having an excellent knowledge overall of all Hotel facilities and services. You will also resolve any customer enquiries and upsell the Hotels services and amenities.QualificationsPrevious experience in a similar customer service role is desired and some knowledge of Opera software would also be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be given.SkillsThe successful candidate will have a passion for customer service and be a strong team player.
