You will also resolve any customer enquiries and upsell the Hotels services and amenities.QualificationsPrevious experience in a similar customer service role is desired and some knowledge of Opera software would also be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be given.SkillsThe successful candidates will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, show initiative and be a strong team player.
