Description
We are currently looking for a highly motivated Conference & Banqueting Manager for our City Quay Hotel & Spa at Victoria Dock in Dundee. The hotel is a 4 star contemporary property with 152 bedrooms, 10 conference rooms of various sizes, restaurant, bars and Spa. The facilities can be set up to cater for groups of 2 – 380 and you will be responsible for the smooth running of all conference areas, maximizing sales and profit while ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. You will coach, train and support all conference and banqueting staff to provide consistently high standards, while continually looking to improve.
Qualifications
You will have previous managerial experience within a similar role and have experience of working in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
Skills
With a proven track record you will display confidence, strong business acumen and the ability to forecast sales and achieve budgets with the talent to build, develop and motivate a team to deliver excellent levels of customer care.
Hours
Full Time. 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis
