Description

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Conference & Banqueting Manager for our City Quay Hotel & Spa at Victoria Dock in Dundee. The hotel is a 4 star contemporary property with 152 bedrooms, 10 conference rooms of various sizes, restaurant, bars and Spa. The facilities can be set up to cater for groups of 2 - 380. Responsible for the smooth running of all conference areas, the successful candidate will maximize sales, profit and customer satisfaction at all times. The successful candidate will coach, train and support all conference and banqueting staff to provide continual high standards, always looking to improve.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have previous managerial experience in a similar role and have experience of working in a 4 or 5 star hotel

Skills

With a proven track record he or she will display confidence, strong business acumen and the ability to forecast sales and achieve budgets.They will also be able to build, develop and motivate a team and provide excellent levels of customer care.

Hours

Full Time. 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis
