Description
Responsibilities within the C&B department will include setting up, servicing and cleaning all conference and events rooms to the company standard. Duties will also include serving food and beverage to guests, setting up conference rooms in accordance with client requirements, moving furniture, crockery, coffee pots, IT equipment etc. The job involves cleaning the rooms after a function as well as ensuring back of house areas are kept clean and tidy. May be required to work in other food & beverage departments.
Qualifications
5 standard grades or SVQ L2 or equivalent. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable preferably within a hotel environment.
Skills
Must be a good team player accustomed to working within a busy food & beverage department. Must be flexible in your approach to work, be able to communicate well, be self-motivated with excellent customer care skills and the ability to pay attention to detail.
Hours
Part time, 8hours per week.
