Bar Attendant (Modern Apprenticeship opportunity)

Description: To set up and serve food and beverage in the Bar areas. To consistently achieve the highest degree of service to our guests. Duties include; maximising sales, upselling, ensuring tables and stations are correctly set up, cutlery/glassware is kept clean, stock levels maintained, ensure billing procedures and cash ups are applied correctly, general security, bar opening checklists completed and training.
Qualifications: Standard/higher grades i.e. SVQ L2/L3 or similar qualification essential. Previous experience of food and beverage desirable, preferably in a 4 star environment.
Skills: Must have excellent communication and organisation skills and have a high level of customer care and attention to detail. Must be able to work with the rest of the team as well as have the ability to act on your own initiative. Experience of working with Micros systems desirable.
Hours: Hours available between 8-40 per week. Various shifts between 9am – 11pm or later and including weekends.
