Must have completed rotations in all corners of the kitchen working with a variety of flavours and cuisines.SkillsMust be able to lead by example, have excellent attention to detail, be self-motivated, a team player and be service orientated. Good awareness of menu processes and presentation necessary. Excellent communication and organisation skills are essential.Hours40 hours average per week. Shifts worked 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis.
