Food and Beverage Assistant

Description: You will be responsible for preparing the restaurant and bar for service and to serve both food and drinks to guests. This role involves a high level of customer interaction and includes breakfast, lunch and dinner service, room service and catering for any conference and events business.
Qualifications: A food service related SVQ (or equivalent) is beneficial but not essential as full training will be given.
Skills: Previous experience of working in a Rosette awarded food service environment is desirable. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, show initiative and be a strong team player. You will also demonstrate good time keeping and have high standards of appearance.
Hours: Full time, 40 hours, 5 from 7 and part time, 20 hours, 3 from 7 available, please state which role you are applying for in your application
