Description

The main responsibility will be to assist the Chef de Partie in the running of the Section and assisting with the preparation and service of food as directed, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. You will also help prepare dishes so they are ready for guests at the right time, in line with brand standards, as well as ensuring equipment and work spaces are kept clean and tidy.

Qualifications

Relevant Food Hygiene qualifications would be an advantage but are not essential as full training will be provided. Previous experience of working in a Kitchen would be an advantage.

Skills

The successful candidate will be a strong team player but also have the initiative to work on their own. You will have excellent attention to detail and be service orientated. You will also be well presented and have excellent standards of personal hygiene/appearance.This vacancy is supported by the Apex hotels MA program, which is an exciting way of gaining skills that will help to start your career whilst also working towards a recognised qualification.
