Food & Beverage Assistant - December contract

Description: You will be responsible for preparing the restaurant and bar for service and to serve both food and drinks to guests. This role involves a high level of customer interaction and includes breakfast, lunch and dinner service, room service and catering for any conference and events business. This role will require candidates to be available for our party nights, Christmas and New Year.
Qualifications: A food service related SVQ (or equivalent) is beneficial but not essential as full training will be given.
Skills: Previous experience of working in a Rosette awarded food service environment is desirable. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, show initiative and be a strong team player. You will also demonstrate good time keeping and have high standards of appearance.
Hours: Full time, 40 hours and part time 24hour contracts available on a fixed term contract, from 3rd December until 3rd January.
