Concierge Luggage Porter

Description: The main responsibility of the Luggage Porter is to ensure product and service standards are consistently achieved and that a high degree of customer care is given at all times. By being the first point of contact for the guest within the hotel, you will be responsible for providing a warm and friendly welcome to every guest and to escort them to and from their rooms and assisting them with luggage.
Qualifications: No qualifications are necessary however previous experience of working in a similar role would be benefical.
Skills: To be successful in the role you will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, show initiative and be a strong team player. You will also demonstrate good time keeping and have high standards of appearance.
Hours: Full Time, 5 out of 7 days

Salary: £13,378 per annum
