Head Housekeeper

Description: You will be responsible for maximising the performance of the Housekeeping function, through the utilisation of effective management techniques, ensuring the hotel remains placed ahead of its competitive set.
Qualifications: Formal qualifications are not essential although some form of management training is expected at this level.
Skills: Extensive housekeeping management experience in 4/5 Star environment is essential. You will have the drive and determination to really succeed and make a difference. With proven leadership and people management skills, you will have good analytical and problem solving skills. Additionally excellent communication, attention to detail and outstanding personal presentation will be required.
Hours: Shifts covering 5 days out of 7

Salary: £25,000 per annum
