Responsible for maximising the performance of the front office functions (Reception, Concierge and Nights), through utilisation of effective management techniques, ensuring the delivery of outstanding service in front office and that the hotel is placed ahead of its competitive set.
Qualifications
Skills
Extensive front office or reception manager experience in 4/5 Star environment is essential. The candidate will have drive and determination to really succeed and make a difference. Suitable candidates will have proven leadership and people management skills, and have good analytical and problem solving skills. Additionally excellent communication, attention to detail and outstanding personal presentation will be required.
