At the interview you will meet some members of our management team. They will tell you more about the role and the hotel. They will also ask about your experiences and how you would handle certain situations. At an Assessment Centre you will be involved in group and individual exercises designed to test your suitability for the job and the organisation. You will also be assessed, asked questions and given the opportunity to demonstrate your range of skills.
