Dundee Science Festival (3 - 18 November 2012)
Dundee is known as a city of scientific discovery and innovation, and Dundee Science Festival celebrates these great achievements through entertaining and challenging events for the whole family to experience and enjoy. Dundee Mountain Film Festival (23 – 24 November 2012) - The UK's longest running festival of mountain adventure and expedition film celebrates its 30th anniversary with a programme of films, presentations, book signings and art and photography exhibitions. Kevin Bridges Live (17 - 18 November 2012) - Kevin shot to fame in 2009 appearing on shows such as Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow, Mock the Week and Live at the Apollo, and has become one of the biggest names in Scottish stand-up. The Singing Kettle: Fairytale Christmas (15 - 18 November 2012) - Spout, handle, lid of metal, what’s inside the signing kettle? Witches Blood Walking Tour (5 November 2012) - This walking tour takes place on bonfire night, taking you to visit the locations around Dundee from William Blain’s novel Witch’s Blood and introducing you to some of the characters. With real-life stories of witches and grave-robbers that are stranger than fiction. 10 Drawings by Leonardo da Vinci (until 4 November 2012) - To mark the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee, ten of Leonardo da Vinci’s finest drawings in the Royal Collection are touring across the UK, and will be in Dundee until 4 November.
