Apex International Hotel Wins a Best Kept Secret Award from Laterooms.com
The Apex International Hotel has been given the thumbs up by guests after winning the ‘Facebook Fans Award 2013’ in the prestigious Best Kept Secret Awards from Laterooms.com.
Enthusiastic fans described the Apex International as having “amazing” views of Edinburgh Castle and heaped praise on the hotel’s Heights Restaurant.
Neil Caskie, Apex International General Manager, said: "We value and appreciate the support of all our guests and are delighted they have awarded us this accolade in the 2013 Best Kept Secret Awards.
“The award is a wonderful acknowledgement of the staff’s hard work and truly exceptional commitment. It's great to see our hard work and commitment to customer service being recognized on all channels, including social media. We continuously strive to provide outstanding service to our guests and this award confirms that we are achieving those high standards and we feel honored to be recognized in this way."
Almost 4000 properties, encompassing 12 categories, were nominated by the hotel-staying public and a panel of judges, made of LateRooms.com hotel experts and specialist media partners, picked the deserving winners.
The 2013 judges consisted of industry experts from The Sun, MSN, Jamieoliver.co.uk, Magic FM, Country Living Magazine, Good Homes, AskMen and femalfirst.co.uk.
“Now in its fourth year, the LateRooms.com Best Kept Secret Awards are continuing to raise the profile of the UK’s finest accommodation,” said Lynda Matthews, LateRooms.com’s Head of Marketing.
