Dundee Flower and Food Festival (31 August - 2 September 2012)

The popular Tayside event, Dundee Flower and Food Festival, returns to Camperdown Country Park with a weekend packed full of cookery and gardening demonstrations, floral displays and ideas for your home and garden.

This year's Dundee Flower and Food Festival has a 'chilli' flavour

Top quality food and drink produce is available to try and buy at the many trade stands, along with craft, flowers and children's activities. The Woodlands4Yew marquee hosted by the Forestry Commission will be back this year too, where you can take part in a variety of woodland experiences.

This year the festival will also include the 'Chilli Village' - where Dundee is staging Scotland's first ever Chilli Festival. Introduced by mother and daughter team Patricia and Stacey from 'Chillilicious', this is your chance to try a variety of chilli products and take part in classes including Chilli Growing, Preserves & Chilli Wine.

Confirmed guests for the 2012 Festival include The Red Hot Chilli Pipers, food writer Mary Berry, chefs Tom and Henry Herbert, popularly known as The Fabulous Baker Brothers, and Gardener Alys Fowler.

Tickets for the event are now on sale, with early bird tickets available until Wednesday 22 August. Full price tickets can also be purchased in person at Camperdown Park during the event. Please see Dundee Flower and Food Festival Tickets for full details.
