Last Minute Booking?: If you are booking for the next couple of days, take advantage of our Flexible Rate. T&Cs Apply - see below.
Booking in Advance?: If you are booking in advance, take advantage of our 'Lowest Rate' which can be booked a minimum of 7 days in advance. T&Cs Apply - see below.
Short Break?: If you're looking to get away with a partner/friend for a few days, take advantage of our 'Short Breaks Rate', which include breakfast and can be booked a minimum of 7 in advance. Bringing the kids? They stay and eat free! T&Cs Apply - see below.
Terms and Conditions
Flexible Rate: Per room, per night, room only rate which includes VAT (except in London). Can be cancelled up until 2pm on the day of arrival.
Lowest Rate: Per room, per night room only rate, which includes VAT (except in London). Full prepayment taken at time of booking. Non changeable, non refundable and must be booked 7 days in advance.
Short Breaks Rate: Per person, per night B&B rate which includes VAT. Non changeable, non refundable and based on 2 adults sharing for a minimum two night stay. Valid for bookings made at least 7 days in advance. Full prepayment taken at time of booking. Only available at weekends in London. At our Scottish hotels kids aged 12 years or under eat and drink for free when dining off our kids menu with an accompanying paying guest staying and dining at the hotel. Kids 16 or under stay free at the Apex International Hotel (Edinburgh) and Apex City Quay Hotel (Dundee) when sharing a family room with adults.

We guarantee that you will always receive the best possible rates providing you book directly through our website (www.apexhotels.co.uk), using the most applicable rate. In fact, we are so confident in our Best Rate Online Guarantee that in the unlikely event that you do find a cheaper rate elsewhere having used the most applicable rate, we will happily match that rate within 24 hours of your booking, when you notify us using the 'Claim Form' below.
To qualify, you must have a confirmed retail reservation made through an IATA accredited retail travel agent professional (“Travel Agent”) or the following Global Distribution Systems (Amadeus, Apollo/Galileo, Worldspan and SABRE).
If you find a lower publicly available rate on a booking channel other than Apex (except for “opaque” websites, where the hotel brand and specific hotel are not known prior to arrival) for the same accommodations at the same hotel, same dates of stay, same length of stay, same number of guests and same room type, same booking conditions and available for purchase, within twenty-four (24) hours of booking your reservation, then simply fill out and submit a claim Form within twenty-four (24) hours of booking the reservation and we'll contact you to arrange matching that rate.
A claim must be received within 24 hours of the time of the original reservation and at least 72 hours before arrival to the hotel.
Only one claim may be submitted per stay.
Our Best Rates Guarantee is not available on;
- Opaque Websites (where the hotel brand and specific hotel are not known prior to arrival)
- Hotel Packages or Travel Packages bundled with flights, car hire etc.
- Discounted rates not available to the general public, e.g corporate, government, supplier, employee, group and other discounted rates.
- Taxes, gratuities, service charges, early departure fees, or other fees and incidental charges.
Apex Hotels reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer and the terms and conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
