  • We've installed extra lighting in all rooms in response to your feedback.
  • We've extended the number of dishes on our room service menu as well as extending the opening hours.
  • We've added baked beans and soft morning rolls to our breakfast menu.
  • We've Increased tea and coffee on trays in-room.
  • We've increased size and shape of soap to make it easier to handle.
  • We've improved our tea and coffee stations for meet@apex delegates.
  • We've reinstated jelly beans for meet@apex delegates.

I would like to start by saying a massive thank you to all the staff who looked after us so well during our stay which I booked for my father-in-law's 60th birthday suprise. "The best thing about this hotel is it is lovely and modern with excellent levels of service. We stayed in one of the deluxe rooms which had a lovely king size comfortable bed and sofa area with flat screen TV on the wall. The bathroom was a good size with a seperate walk in shower and lovely toiletries. They provide a complimentary apex duck which is a nice touch but we should have asked for another as we both wanted it!! The hotel restaurant and bar area again is excellent, there was a very good choice of continental breakfast and for a small supplement further options were available. Every member of staff was extremeny friendly and attentive. We were highly impressed with service, each time we needed a taxi one was obtained quickly. The location of the hotel is lovely, its nice to walk to Tower Bridge on an evening and to venture to oxford street the no 15 bus stop is near to the hotel as is the underground about 5 mins walk.There were no complaints about this hotel. I am a Travel Agent and stay at hotels on a regular basis. We will definately stay again for service and location."
