At Apex City Quay, private dining means fine dining – thanks to the celebrated Alchemy Restaurant , and The Private Dining Room (yes – it's important enough to command capital letters). But that's not your only choice. We can also set up a private dining space in the Art Gallery Suite (complete with fabulous views of the Quay and the River Tay). Whatever you decide, we'll create exactly the atmosphere you're looking for – whether it's an intimate gathering of friends, or a special family celebration.
