Apex City Quay Hotel is quite simply one of the best places to hold a conference or meeting in Dundee. We have 10 spaces to choose from – and a maximum capacity of 375. In other words, if you can imagine it, we can make it happen.
The City Quay Suite has a capacity of 375 making it ideal for larger meetings, presentations and product launches. But in truth, with stunning lighting, outstanding acoustics and flexible design, the City Quay Suite can cater for almost any conference. The Art Gallery accommodates up to 100 in comfort for a theatre-style session. Three of the walls offer stunning views across the Quay, River Tay and the Tay Bridge. Our five corporate meeting rooms are completely flexible, and are all on our dedicated mezzanine level - perfect if you're running multiple sessions. These rooms are called Melbourne , Vancouver, Barcelona, Venice and Washington . And then there's Clarity and Inspire . These super cool concept rooms can accommodate up to 10 people each and are are designed to encourage creativity and inspiration.
Of course, all our rooms have TV's, video, data projector, flipchart, fax/phone, ice cold drinks fridge and snacks.

Large Conference Facility in Scotland
The City Quay Suite
When you simply have to book the largest, most fully-featured meeting space, our City Quay Suite is pretty much the perfect option. In theatre style it takes an impressive 375 delegates – and it comes with state-of-the-art audio and visual facilities to match. Of course, that’s not the only option, and the space can be divided into two smaller rooms, the City Suite and the Quay Suite.

The Art Gallery
Three of the walls feature stunning panoramas – across the Quay, River Tay and the Tay Bridge. If you’re looking for inspiration, you’ve found it. This space can hold up to 100 theatre style or 40 boardroom.

Melbourne Meeting Room
Melbourne, is one of five rooms all on the same dedicated mezzanine level, which is perfect if you’re running lots of sessions at once. And of course, it works brilliantly as a stand-alone room, perfect for 40 theatre style or 20 boardroom.

Think super-flexibility – These four rooms are very similar in size and shape holding 14-16 in a boardroom set up. Along with Melbourne, they are all on the same dedicated mezzanine level, which is ideal if you’re running lots of sessions at once. Of course, they work perfectly as stand-alone rooms too.
