Set in the shadows of Edinburgh Castle, Agua Restaurant and Bar in the Apex City Hotel is a seafood restaurant complete with a chic Crustacea bar. One of only a few in Edinburgh, our Crustacea Bar offers fresh, quality seafood in the cool, stylish interiors Apex Hotels are well known for.
Agua Crustacean & Seafood Bar
During dinner, guests can order Crustacea dishes from the menu or select their own mix of oysters, north Atlantic shell-on prawns, pickled mussels, cockles and pickled herrings from the bar. Alternatively choose from the Á La Carte or Fixed Price menu with 3 courses priced at just £19.95.
Oysters come ‘au natural’ for purists with 6 for £9.50 or individually at £1.75. For those looking to add a little bit of luxury to their experience, 6 oysters accompanied by 2 glasses of champagne costs only £19.95.
The all day bar menu will satisfy the need for snacks or something more substantial offering everything from calamari to the smoked salmon club sandwich.
