The largest meeting room at the Apex City Hotel is the City Suite , contemporary design and lighting make it ideal for a medium size boardroom, plus a theatre capacity for 70. We also have two flexible meeting rooms, Nice and Seattle , which are ideal for small and medium meetings, main room breakout, training sessions, board meetings and more. All rooms have TV's, video, data projector, flipchart, fax/phone, ice cold drinks fridge and snacks.

As this room is named after the French city of Nice, we’d love to guarantee Mediterranean sunshine in the centre of Edinburgh, but let's be realistic - what we can promise is an incredibly flexible meeting space that can be almost anything you need it to be – dinner venue, classroom or boardroom for 16.
