No – it wasn’t built in a day. Perfection takes a little longer than that.

This is the ideal venue for your next meeting, training session or private dining. You can host up to 20 people for a theatre-style session, or 10 for a boardroom.

There’s everything you’d expect from an Apex meeting room – including natural daylight, data projector, TV and a drinks fridge.

And like Rome, our meeting room is modern and cosmopolitan in design and, although we can't quite guarantee mediterranean sunshine, we can certainly assure you that your event will meet and exceed every expectation you might have.

Included in main meeting room hire... 3 servings of Tea/Coffee/Refreshments or use of all day central Coffee station,
3 course lunch, AV equipment such as Data Projector/Screen and LCD Screens, DVD player, CD Player and Flipchart, Soft drinks, Fridge stocked with complimentary Energy Drinks and Iced Teas, Packet of Jelly Beans per delegate, Meeting room stationery - paper, pen, delegate name card, delegate questionnaire.

Newspapers, Sky News, Coffee (Caffinated & decaffinated), Tea Selection (Herbal and Fruit), Hot Chocolate, Marshmallows, Bottled Water, Fruit Juices, Snack selections such as Health Bars, Muffins, Fresh Fruit, Doughnuts, Scones & Cream, Chocolate Treats, Cakes, Chocolate Fountain, Hot refreshing towels and Mugs instead of cups

  • Hot Phones - each meeting room has a mobile telephone which can be utilised by the trainer or organiser throughout the event for external calls or to have immediate contact with the Operations team throughout.
