Apex Waterloo Place Hotel’s collection of five super-stylish meeting rooms provide unique event spaces to exceed your expectations.
The Waterloo Suite is the largest meeting room at the Apex Waterloo Place hotel, making it ideal for cocktail parties, dinner dances or private dining for up to 180 guests. The Regent room is a spectacular setting for a variety of events from formal board meetings to elegant private dinners up to 40. The Waverley room is equally as elegant, with large Georgian windows creating spectacular spaces for events for up to 20. For up to 70 delegates, consider our Calton and Forth rooms, perfect for larger meetings, product launches and presentations.
All our rooms have TV's, video, data projector, flipchart, fax/phone, ice cold drinks fridge and snacks.
