BDRC Results - Apex 1st in the UK
Apex Hotels subscribe to Venue Verdict through BDRC to benchmark our service delivery in the meetings area. This benchmarks the Apex meet@apex brand alongside 14 other hotel/conference brands in the UK. We are delighted with the positive results we have achieved, based on service delivery we are ranked 1st in the UK.
1) Apex is ranked 1st in the UK against other leading brands such as Hilton, Marriott, De Vere, Barcelo, Novotel etc.
2) As a group of hotels we consistently score “notably stronger” in all service attributes that BDRC measure through this benchmark analysis.
3) We are ranked in the top 4 out of 15 in the 17 categories that are measured.
4) We are ranked No.1 in leisure/recreational facilities.
5) We are ranked No.1 in terms of our free High Speed Internet / WiFI facilities – we include free WiFI access to all conference delegates.
