At Apex City Quay, private dining means fine dining – thanks to the celebrated Alchemy Restaurant , and The Private Dining Room (yes – it's important enough to command capital letters). But that's not your only choice. We can also set up a private dining space in the Art Gallery Suite (complete with fabulous views of the Quay and the River Tay).
Here are the maximum capacities:
- 320 guests – City Quay Suite
- 160 guests – City Suite or Quay Suite
- 80 guests – Art Gallery
- 40 guests – Melbourne
- Smaller groups – Vancouver, Barcelona, Venice, Washington or Private Dining Room
