- Reservations can be cancelled up to 14 days prior to arrival without penalty. Full, non-refundable pre-payment will be taken 14 days prior to arrival, and no refund will be issued for any cancellations made after this time, nor in the case of non-arrival.
- 14 days prior to arrival, Apex will send you a secure payment link via email and SMS, if a valid mobile number has been provided. Please prepay using this secure link, as per the terms of this offer. If you have booked multiple rooms you will receive, and need to complete, one link per room booked. Please note each link is only valid for 24 hours, if payment is not received within this time, your reservation will be cancelled.
