- Bookings must be made a minimum of 9 days in advance.
- Bookings are to be 100% prepaid at the time of booking with a valid credit or debit card, and payment cannot be refunded.
- Cancellations made are subject to 100% charge of deposits. Reservations are non-transferrable.
- This offer is available on new bookings only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, or with any group, event or corporate rate.
- Offer is not applicable on consecutive separate bookings. Any consecutive separate bookings will be merged to become one reservation. A maximum of one voucher per adult per stay will be issued, and no additional vouchers will be issued for any separate consecutive reservations.

- A valid email address is required as your Edinburgh Fringe gift voucher will be issued to you by email prior to arrival. Please check spam and junk folders for receipt.
- Vouchers will be issued no later than 72 hours after booking.
- Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for monetary value, and cannot be extended past any expiration date.
- Fringe gift voucher can only be redeemed against shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2022, at the official Fringe Box Office or online at edfringe.com . Many shows sell out, so please book in advance.
- No refund will be issued for any unused Edinburgh Fringe vouchers – in whole or in part.
- Upon issue of Fringe gift vouchers, Apex Hotels cannot be held responsible for any gift vouchers that are lost or used by someone else other than the recipient after sending. This includes vouchers issued to any email address that has been communicated to us incorrectly.
