Yes. These are provided to guests who booked a Spa Day Package.

We have a sauna, steam room and pool & relaxation room along with a duet room if you would like your treatment with a friend or partner side-by-side. 

Towels are provided and guests must bring swimwear along with £1 to use our lockers. We do encourage guests to bring a refillable water bottle to help with our sustainability mission.

We recommend that you check in 15 minutes prior to the start of your spa treatment. If you are coming for a Spa Day Package or have the use of facilities included, you can arrive 2 hours prior to the start of your experience to enjoy the sauna, steam, pool & shower facilities.

Your therapist will ask you to complete an online consultation form prior to your treatment. If you are pregnant, have a history of cancer or have had recent surgery please tell us about this at the time of booking & we will be able to recommend the best treatment for your needs.

Our cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to treatment. You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your treatment. 

Yes, each spa has a bespoke range of luxury ESPA products for either yourself or to gift to a friend.

We offer treatments for over 18s only. However, it may be possible to offer nail services to children aged 12 & over.

Yu Spa Dundee is open Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 10pm, and Saturday - Sunday from 6:30am to 9pm.

Guests attending a spa day package can arrive up to two hours before their treatment to use the sauna, steam room, pool, and shower facilities.

Add on a day pass to use the facilities before or after your treatment for Monday – Thursday £15 or Friday - Sunday £20

Yu Spa Dundee is located at 1 West Victoria Dock Road, Dundee DD1 3JP, within the Apex City Quay Hotel & Spa.

Yu Spa is open to non-hotel guests as well as those staying at the Apex City Quay Hotel. Treatments, spa days, and packages can all be booked independently by visitors.

Yu Spa guests can access up to 4 hours of complimentary parking by registering their vehicle details at reception, after which standard parking charges apply.
