Our luxury pool is designed for relaxation. To ensure all our guests have the best experience, we restrict numbers to our pool and guests are required to book a slot to swim. Slots are one hour each and can be booked at reception on arrival. You can book a slot for every day of your stay if you wish.

Please note - should the swimming pool have to close due to any unforeseen reason, no compensation is warranted.

We want everyone to enjoy their stay and we treat all guests equally. The entrance has ramp access and railings with automatic sensor doors and there are guest elevators throughout with access for all abilities; the ground floor also has an easily accessible WC. There are 9 fully accessible bedrooms within the hotel and level flooring throughout to access all areas (no steps required). The restaurant and bar furniture is also easily movable for access. The hotel does not have parking facilities. The closest car park is Charlotte Street Car Park BA1 2NE.
