Is your hotel open?

Are your leisure facilities open?
Our leisure facilities are open by appointment only. We are restricting the number of people allowed within our leisure facilities to ensure social distancing is maintained at all times, you'll be able to book your time slots upon check-in and during your stay at reception.

Are your restaurants open for Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner?
We're open with a reduced food and drink offering. Following the latest Government guidance, it is mandatory for you to wear face coverings in all public areas within our hotel, except for when seated in the bar and restaurant.
Please note that mixing outside of your household or bubble is no longer permitted indoors, even in public places. This means only one household is allowed per room and all food and drink reservations are limited to one household per table too.
We’ve got a reduced food and drink offering, via table service only, and we can only serve alcohol with a substantial meal. Breakfast will be served by table service only.
Breakfast will be served between 7am – 10am Monday – Friday and 7am – 11am Saturday and Sunday, via table service only, buffet breakfasts will no longer be available. You can book your table reservation in advance or upon check-in. Our Bar Menu will be available 12pm – 9pm.

Are temperature checks and PPE required?
Following the latest Government guidance, from 8 August, it is mandatory for you to wear face coverings in all public areas within our hotel, except for the bar and restaurant. We’ll be wearing PPE, and we’ve got screens up at the front desk for extra protection. We are not conducting temperature checks.

What measures are in place for meetings and events?
To make sure that everyone has space we’ve reduced our meeting and events capacities, as well as enhancing our cleaning procedures, so you’ll see us around the hotel ensuring everything is pristine throughout the day. We no longer serve buffet lunches and sharing platters and have replaced these with individually wrapped items and meals, so everyone will be able to enjoy their own delectable dishes and snacks.

Can I leave my luggage at the hotel prior to check-in and following check-out?
We offer luggage storage so if you arrive before your room is ready, you can leave your bags at reception and head out for the day. This also applies if you would like to leave luggage after check-out and collect later in the day. Extra sanitisation and social distancing procedures are in place to ensure this service can continue, to arrange luggage storage please contact our friendly Reservations team on 0800 049 8000.

Is parking available at the hotel?

What are the hotel check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2.30pm and check-out is at 11am local time.

If I arrive early will my room be ready?
If you’d like to check-in early please request this when booking or by calling reception on 020 3004 4141. We offer luggage storage so if you arrive before your room is ready, you can leave your bags at reception and head out for the day. This also applies if you would like to leave luggage after check-out and collect later in the day. Unfortunately, due to availability, we can’t guarantee an early check-in.

Is there any availability or offers on the dates I’m searching for?
Our website booking engine is the best way to search for live availability and up to date prices. You can search for the dates you have in mind and if there is no availability, a calendar view is offered to help you find the closest dates or alternate properties available.
If you have any issues finding availability or booking, our reservations team can help you make a booking.

How do I make changes or cancel my reservations?
If you would like to amend or cancel your booking please check your cancellation terms which can be found on your email confirmation, amendments may be subject to a charge. Any amendments or enquiries can be made by emailing london.reservations@apexhotels.co.uk or calling 0800 049 8000. If your booking was made from 12 December 2019 onwards you can also amend your booking online, if your booking was made before 12 December 2019 please contact our reservations team using the contact details above.
If you have booked through a third party such as Expedia or Booking.com please contact them directly to make cancellations or amendments.

Can I request a view or specific room?
Requests for specific views, rooms and floors can be detailed at time of booking or by calling reservations on 0800 049 8000, and although we do our best to accommodate, these requests are not guaranteed to be fulfilled due to the availability of rooms.

How many people can stay in each room and can teenagers have their own room?
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult staying in the same room. The hotel does have family rooms and cots available to accommodate extra guests. If you would like to add an extra bed, please call our reservations team on 0800 049 8000 who can assist in choosing an available room.

What is your child policy?
In addition to our policy on number of children in rooms. Children under 17 stay and children under 12 stay and eat for free at all Apex Hotels. Find out more information on this policy.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?
For the comfort of all guests, we don’t allow any pets to stay in our hotels with the exception of guide dogs and service animals. Please notify the hotel at the time of booking if you are bringing a guide dog or service animal on 0800 049 8000.

Can I smoke in my room?
The UK has a Smoke Free Law in place which prohibits smoking in workplaces, cars and confined public spaces. Although hotel rooms are exempt from this, for the comfort and safety of all guests, we do not allow smoking or vaping in any part of the hotel including rooms. There are designated smoking areas which can be advised by our reception team.

All our rooms include complimentary Elemis toiletries for your use throughout your stay.

Is the hotel easily accessible with a wheelchair?
All our hotels and restaurants are fully accessible by wheelchair. Our friendly team will be happy to assist you throughout your stay.
