What are the hotel check-in and check out times?
Check-in from 14:30 and check out by 11:00 local time.

How do I make changes or cancel my reservations?
If you would like to amend or cancel your booking please check your cancellation terms which can be found on your email confirmation, amendments may be subject to a charge. Any amendments or enquiries can be made by emailing edinburgh.reservations@apexhotels.co.uk or calling 0800 049 8000.
If you have booked through a third party such as Expedia or Booking.com please contact them directly to make cancellations or amendments.

Is the hotel accessible?
All our hotels and restaurants are fully accessible by wheelchair. Our friendly team will be happy to assist you throughout your stay. All our hotels have disabled access rooms. Please call our reservations team on 0800 049 8000 to book an appropriate room for your requirements.

Is parking available at the hotel?
The hotel does not have parking facilities. For information on the closest car parks please call our friendly reservations team on 0800 049 8000. There is a multi-story parking on King Stables Road, just ask our reception team for a voucher to reduce your parking to £14 per 24 hours.
