What are the hotel check-in and check out times?
You can check-in from 15:00 and check-out

Can I check-in early?
If you’d like to check-in early please request this when booking or by calling reservations on 0800 049 8000. We offer luggage storage so if you arrive before your room is ready, you can leave your bags at reception and head out for the day. This also applies if you would like to leave luggage after check-out and collect later in the day. Unfortunately, due to availability, we can’t guarantee an early check-in.

How do I make changes or cancel my reservation?
If you would like to amend or cancel your booking please check your cancellation terms which can be found on your email confirmation, amendments may be subject to a charge. Any amendments or enquiries can be made by emailing london.reservations@apexhotels.co.uk or calling 0800 049 8000.

What are the closest tube and train stations?
The two closest London Underground stations are Temple and Blackfriars, both served by the Circle and District lines and each roughly a 5-minute walk from the hotel on Fleet Street.
Blackfriars also connects to National Rail and Thameslink services, while nearby City Thameslink and Chancery Lane (Central line) offer additional options. This central London location makes it easy to reach the West End, the City, and major transport hubs within minutes.
