If you’d like to check-in early please request this when booking or by calling reservations on 0800 049 8000. We offer luggage storage so if you arrive before your room is ready, you can leave your bags at reception and head out for the day. This also applies if you would like to leave luggage after check-out and collect later in the day. Unfortunately, due to availability, we can’t guarantee an early check-in.

You can request late check-out at 12pm subject to availability and fees apply.

If you would like to amend or cancel your booking please check your cancellation terms which can be found on your email confirmation, amendments may be subject to a charge. Any amendments or enquiries can be made by emailing dundee.reservations@apexhotels.co.uk or calling 0800 049 8000.

If you have booked through a third party such as Expedia or Booking.com please contact them directly to make cancellations or amendments.

Our pool opening times for children (under 16) are

Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 11:00 / 14:00 - 18:30 and Sat & Sun, 09:00 - 11:00 / 14:00 - 19:30.

All our hotels and restaurants are fully accessible by wheelchair. Our friendly team will be happy to assist you throughout your stay. All our hotels have disabled access rooms. Please call our reservations team on 0800 049 8000 to book an appropriate room for your requirements.

Parking for hotel guests is £7.00 per day, available on a first come first served basis.

Spa and leisure members can get up to 4 hours free parking, available on a first come first served basis. The standard parking charges will apply thereafter. To gain your 4-hour exemption, please email us at to spa.reception@apexhotels.co.uk and provide the name that your membership is under and your car registration plate number. Our system will automatically recognise your car as a Yu Fit member and allocate the 4-hour period. If you use a different vehicle on any given day, you will be required to use our portal in the spa reception to enter the car registration number and no charges will be applied. Failure to do this will result in a fine, so please do not hesitate to ask a member of staff for assistance if you need some help.

Those coming to join us for a bite to eat or drink can enjoy up to 2.5 hours free parking, available on a first come first served basis. The standard parking charges will apply thereafter. You can register, pay, and gain parking exemption (where applicable) on the app.

The hotel is well connected to Dundee's key transport hubs, with the city's main rail and bus links all within easy walking distance.

Trains: Dundee railway station is approximately 10min walk from the hotel.

Bus: Seagate Bus Station in Dundee city centre is a 5min walk from the hotel and serves a range of local and regional routes. Additional routes run by Xplore Dundee and Stagecoach East also operate close to the hotel.

Airport: Dundee airport is less than 10 minutes by taxi.
