The Facilities

When it comes to conferences and events, you’ll struggle to find a better venue. Apex City of Bath Hotel is the largest hotel in Bath city, both in terms of conference and events spaces and number of bedrooms.

The four-star hotel’s conference room holds up to 400 delegates, making it capable of hosting for a variety of occasions. It’s also the largest purpose-built conference hotel in Bath and one of the premium conference venues in the south west. The hotel also has a selection of 177 contemporary bedrooms, including family rooms and rooms with balconies.

Conferences and Exhibitions

The hotel’s conference spaces are extensive and adaptable. From exhibitions for up to 400 people and large training sessions, presentations or product launches there are spaces to suit your needs, whatever the occasion.

The main suite has a dedicated entrance and access road for deliveries, or if you’re launching a car, drive it straight into the Landsdown Suite. Packages are available with a full event planning service and catering options included.

Meetings

Need to host a meeting out of the office and looking for that perfect venue? Apex City of Bath has six medium-sized meeting rooms to choose from.

Each space is perfect for meetings, training days or informal brainstorms, boardroom meetings and a variety of other business needs. All of the rooms are well-equipped with technology, break out space and there’s also a full catering service available.

Getting here

Bath is within easy reach of the rest of the UK and beyond making it the perfect city break location for you. Whether you’re travelling alone or with colleagues, your trip to this historic city will be easy.

Apex City of Bath is a short 10-minute walk from Bath Spa train station. You can arrive here from Bristol Temple Meads or London Paddington directly, a comfortable journey on GWR that will take 90 minutes. Many other UK train stations are also linked here with a short connection.

The hotel is also easily accessible from Bristol Airport. It’s around 45 minutes in a taxi to Bath and you’ll arrive at the hotel ready to start your event.

If you're driving, it takes two hours and 30 minutes to drive from London to Bath, via the M4. There are also various coach options, such as National Express, where you can get from London to Bath for as little as £5.
