When will all Yu Spa facilities reopen?
Our swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and gym are temporarily closed following the latest Scottish Government guidance. We look forward to reopening all leisure facilities after the 14 September, pending a confirmed date from Scottish Government.
Why are you only offering a reduced treatment menu?
We have temporarily reduced our treatment menu to comply with the latest Scottish Government guidance to help reduce the spread of COVID-19.
What can I expect upon arrival at Yu Spa?
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled treatment time. Once checked-in you will be taken to our waiting area where your designated therapist will meet you. There are social distancing measures and plenty of hand sanitiser stations throughout Yu Spa and the hotel, just look out for the signs to help guide you.
Do you need to wear face coverings at Yu Spa?
Following the latest Scottish Government guidance, a face covering must be worn at all times whilst in the spa, including during your treatment. We’ll be wearing PPE, and we’ve got screens up at the front desk for extra protection.
What is Yu Spa doing to keep me safe during my visit?
Our enhanced cleaning procedures mean all frequently touched areas within Yu Spa get some extra TLC. All treatment rooms and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between appointments. We have social distancing measures in place and plenty of hand sanitiser stations throughout Yu Spa.
Can I use the relaxation room after my treatment?
Yes, to extend some much-needed Yu Time, the relaxation room will be available to you for up to 30 minutes post-treatment.
Do you provide robes, slippers and towels?
We are not providing robes, slippers and towels within Yu Spa at this time.
