Sunday Roast at Liberté
Sundays are made for slow dining and great company. Join us at Liberté for a classic Sunday Roast featuring Roast Sirloin of Beef, velvety celeriac purée, caramelised roasted root vegetables, crisp duck fat roast potatoes, a perfectly risen Yorkshire pudding, and rich red wine jus—all for £25 per person.

Prix-fixe Dining
Enjoy a refined prix-fixe menu at Liberté. Available seven days a week from 5:30 – 7pm, enjoy two courses for £24 or three for £32, crafted with the finest seasonal ingredients.
Savour dishes like Fillet of Cod with sea vegetables, crayfish, mussels, and brown butter, Corn-Fed Chicken with Jerusalem artichoke and hazelnuts, or Butternut Squash Cannelloni with blue cheese, watercress, and toasted seeds. Finish with indulgent desserts like Dark Chocolate Mousse with miso caramel or a Matcha Tea Crème Brûlée.
