- Reservations must be made online through Apex Hotels booking engine, or by contacting our Reservations team.
- Reservations must be made a minimum of 3 days prior to arrival.

- The accommodation element of this package is discounted from our Flexible rate for the relevant room type at time of booking. The discount from this rate is up to 20% per night for a two night stay, or up to 30% per night for a stay of 3 or more nights. The discount applied is reflected in the total rate shown at time of booking.
- Our bedroom rates will fluctuate over time. No further discount or adjustment to the booked and confirmed reservation price will be applied.
- Reservations are pre-payable in full at time of booking and are non-refundable. No refund will be given in part or in full should the reservation be cancelled, nor in the event of non-arrival.
- Rooms on this rate are subject to availability. Certain dates and/or room types may be closed on this rate or have minimum length of stay restrictions applied.
- In Edinburgh and Dundee hotels, the rate is available on upgraded room-types only.
- Qualifying minimum length of stay applies. Should the length of a booked stay reduce, the price may revert to the higher, non-discounted rate for the night(s) confirmed. No refund or credit will be given for unused or cancelled nights.
- Rates are inclusive of VAT. In the event of an adjustment in the rate of VAT, no change will be made to the price of the confirmed reservation.
- This offer is not available in conjunction with any other discount or promotion and applies to new reservations only.
- This rate is not applicable on Group, Event or Corporate reservations.
