A Note on Festive Evenings

December is a busy time at the hotel, and we host a number of Christmas celebrations throughout the season. While we do everything we can to keep noise to a minimum, some sound may carry to bedrooms at times.

We always want guests to feel informed and comfortable, so if you have any questions about quieter areas of the hotel or would like advice before or during your stay, our team will be more than happy to help.

In the hotel

We’re known for our cleanliness - as part of our Apex Assured promise, our cleaning procedures mean those frequently touched areas get some extra TLC, and there are plenty of hand sanitiser stations throughout the hotel. In line with our Apex Assured policy we recommend that staff and guests maintain a friendly distance for everyone’s safety and protection, and face masks are a personal choice. Leisure Facilities

Our fitness and wellness facilities including our pool, sauna, steam room and gym are open with cleaning and safety measures in place, free to use at any time. Our luxury pool is designed for relaxation. To ensure all our guests have the best experience, we restrict numbers to our pool and guests are required to book a slot to swim. Slots are one hour each and can be booked at reception on arrival. You can book a slot for every day of your stay if you wish.

Please note, our pool is closed Fridays between the hours of 11:00 and 13:00 for routine maintenance. Should the swimming pool have to close due to any unforeseen reason, no compensation is warranted.
