- The accommodation element of the Apex City Summer offer is discounted from our Flexible rate for the relevant room type at time of booking. The discount from this rate is equal to 20% per night for a two-night stay. The discount applied is reflected in the total rate shown at time of booking.

- The rate is offered on a bed and breakfast basis
- Guests receive a 20% off Food & Beverage voucher
- Reservations must be made online through Apex Hotels booking engine, or by contacting our Reservations team
- Adults enjoy 20% off the restaurant food bill (lunch and dinner only, excluding City of Edinburgh and City of Glasgow). In Scotland, the drinks discount is valid only when food is purchased
- Our bedroom rates will fluctuate over time. No further discount or adjustment to the booked and confirmed reservation price will be applied
- Reservations can be cancelled at no penalty up to 2pm the day prior to arrival. Cancellations after this time, or non-arrival, will be charged a penalty equal to the price of the first night of the booked stay
- Rooms on this rate are subject to availability. Certain dates and/or room types may be closed on this rate or have minimum length of stay restrictions applied
- Qualifying minimum length of stay applies. Should the length of a booked stay reduce, the price may revert to the higher, non-discounted rate for the night confirmed. No refund or credit will be given for unused or cancelled nights
- VAT and any local taxes, including the Visitor Levy, will be charged at the prevailing rate at the time of your stay. The current VAT rate and Visitor Levy are included in the price shown. Should the rate of VAT or local taxes change, or should new local taxes become applicable after the date of reservation, the total room rate will be recalculated
- This offer is not available in conjunction with any other discount or promotion and applies to new reservations only
- This rate is not applicable on Group, Event or Corporate reservations.
