Check-in to our stunning Apex Waterloo Place Hotel, then it’s over to the designer style haven at Harvey Nichols, where you’ll have a private personal shopping appointment. Whilst you’re sipping on a glass of Prosecco, their dedicated style team will help you choose outfits for any occasion – from working from home and the daily coffee run, to your next family celebration or major life milestone. What’s more, you’ve got £50 (per person) to put towards any on the day purchases.
From there, it’s over to the Forth Floor Brasserie for a delicious two-course lunch overlooking the Edinburgh skyline. Slink back to the hotel for a dreamy night’s stay and a relaxing breakfast the next morning.

- The hotel will contact you to book your preferred time for lunch, and to confirm your details to pass on to Harvey Nichols Personal Shopping team. Harvey Nichols will contact you separately in order to confirm your Personal Shopping appointment time, and to obtain any further information they may need. By confirming a reservation on this rate, you agree to be contacted for these purposes. The Gift Voucher(s) will be presented upon arrival at Harvey Nichols.
- Reservations can be cancelled up to 2pm local hotel time, one day prior to arrival, at no penalty. Any cancellation after this time, or non-arrival, will result in the price of the first night of the stay being charged.
- Cancellations must be made either by telephone or email to our Reservations team, in order to ensure the Harvey Nichols lunch and shopping appointments can also be cancelled in good time.
- Individual Harvey Nichols elements of this package can not be cancelled separately after 2pm the day prior to arrival, under any circumstance.
- Rooms on this rate are subject to availability. Certain dates may be closed on this offer rate, or have minimum length of stay restrictions applied.
- Rates are inclusive of VAT. In the event of an adjustment in the rate of VAT, no change will be made to the price of the confirmed reservation.
- This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotion, and applies to new reservations only.
- This rate is not applicable on Group, Event or Corporate reservations.
- Local or national Covid-related restrictions may be in put in place at any time, and could necessitate the amendment or cancellation of any element of this package (e.g. a temporary store or restaurant closure).
