Tickets are valid for one visit during the stay and must be collected from hotel reception

Guests will be contacted to confirm their preferred exhibition date/time; by booking, they agree to be contacted

Entry to the museum is subject to the selected timed slot and no replacements will be issued for missed visits

V&A tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, and valid only for the specified date/time

Room types are subject to availability; upgrades (e.g. Quay-facing) are available at a supplement

Offer is not valid on group, event or corporate bookings

Not valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotion

Capacity restrictions may be put in place at V&A Dundee. As a result, tickets are subject to availability. The hotel will contact you prior to your stay to obtain details of your preferred date and time-slot to visit the museum. By booking this package you agree to be contacted by the hotel for this purpose.
Arriving at the V&A without collecting tickets from the hotel beforehand will not permit entry to the exhibition - and no refund will be offered on any part of the package, should you choose to purchase additional entry tickets directly at the museum.
