We always do our best to make sure our prices beat everyone else's, but sometimes things can slip under the radar, so, we promise that if you find a stay with us cheaper anywhere else, we’ll match the lowest price and give you an additional 10% off for good measure.

We always make sure there is a flexible rate available for you to book, giving you the option to cancel your stay with us, free of charge up to 2pm the day before your arrival - as we understand that plans need to change sometimes, and that’s ok.

But don’t worry, you can still book your discounted advance purchase rate for those of you know you’ll be travelling no matter what life throws in your way.

Our enhanced cleaning procedures mean all frequently touched areas across the hotel, such as our tabletops, lift buttons, door handles, in-room telephones, your TV remote, light switches, and the kettle, to name a few, get some extra TLC. In-room, we’re clutter-free, but should you need a pen and paper or travel guide to help plan your adventures, we’ll be on hand to help - always.

Your safety is a top priority, as is enjoying your visit in comfort and style. Hand sanitiser stations are located throughout the hotel so you can keep your hands gleaming 24/7. We’re looking after our Apex family so that they can look after you. We recommend that staff and guests maintain a friendly distance for everyone’s safety and protection, and face masks are a personal choice. Our excellent customer service is legendary - key cards, credit card terminals also get our undivided attention by being disinfected after every use.
