In the hotel
Following Government guidance, face coverings must be worn in all public areas within our hotel, except for when seated in the bar and restaurant. We’ll be wearing PPE, and we’ve got screens up at the front desk for extra protection. There are social distancing measures and plenty of hand sanitiser stations throughout the hotel, just look out for the signs to help guide you.

In your room
As part of our Apex Assured promise to you, we’ve enhanced our cleaning procedures across the hotel and in your room, giving special attention to all those high touch areas. We’ve also made your room clutter-free, to help remove any unnecessary touchpoints, but should you need a pen and paper or a travel guide to help plan your adventures, we’re on hand to help – all you need to do is ask.

Leisure Facilities
Our leisure and spa facilities including our swimming pool and gym are open and available to use by appointment only. To ensure social distancing is maintained throughout the hotel, time slots are available to book at reception throughout your stay. Please note that as our swimming pool is in high demand, we cannot guarantee you will get a time slot. The steam room, sauna and changing rooms are temporarily closed.

Food & Drink
Indulge and enjoy delectable dishes in surroundings that are more spacious than usual. We’ve got a reduced food and drink offering, via table service only. For now, we’re only serving breakfast, drinks and a bar menu. There will be no lunch, dinner, or room service.

Feeling Unwell?
If you begin to feel unwell and develop any COVID-19 symptoms (high temperature, a new, continuous cough or loss or change in sense of smell or taste) during your stay, we ask that you please stay in your room and call reception by dialling 0 on your in-room telephone. We will then be able to assist you in taking the next steps.
