What is your cancellation policy for new bookings from 20 July onwards?
If you have future travel plans coming up, we understand that things may change, so we’re offering free changes and cancellations for stays up until 2pm the day prior to arrival when you book with us directly on our flexible rate.
What is your cancellation policy for current bookings from 20 July onwards?
If you have future travel plans coming up, we understand that things may change, so we’re offering free changes for anyone that has booked a non-refundable rate with us for stays during July and August. If you’re not sure when you’d like to rearrange your stay with us to, we are happy to offer a credit for the total amount paid for you to use at your convenience within the next 12 months. If you’ve booked a flexible rate with us, then, as usual, you can cancel your booking with us until 2pm the day prior to your arrival.
I’ve booked with a travel agent or third-party provider, does your cancellation policy still apply?
We have been in discussion with all travel agents and third-party providers who sell stays with us and have advised them of our current cancellation policy. We are only able to process refunds to guests who have booked directly with us but have requested that these providers mirror Apex Hotel’s cancellation policy given the current circumstances. If you made your reservation via a travel agent or third-party provider, please contact them directly for assistance with your cancellation.
What should I do if I have an event at Apex Hotels in July?
We understand that now more than ever that plans may need to change, and as usual our events team are happy to work with you if you need to change your event date to avoid cancellation charges where possible. Are you extending Gift Vouchers due to expire when you are closed?
Yes, we are happy to extend all vouchers, including Apex Hotels and those purchased via third-party sites, due to expire with between 23 March – 4 July 2020, until 31 October 2020.
