Apex Hotels Competition Terms & Conditions

The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Apex Hotels Ltd and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition. Entrants may only enter once during any single Promotion Window. Anyone found to use multiple accounts to enter will be ineligible to win. 

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

To be eligible to win on Facebook you must complete the required details on the Apex Hotels Facebook lead generation form.  

By entering this competition, you have allowed for Apex Hotels Ltd to contact you for purpose of the competition and further promotional communication.

All participants must have access to the internet and an active Facebook account. If you do not have a Facebook account, you will need to create one in order to participate - you will require an active email address in order to do this. 

The promotion closes at midday on 29th April 2022. The winner will be announced only once the competition has closed. Only entries made between 15th April 2022 and midday on 29th April 2022 will be valid and entered into the prize draw. On Facebook, the winner will be selected by means of a random draw of all valid entries made during the promotion window, conducted by an independent person. 

There will be one winner and they will be contacted via their entry email address once the competition has ended, week commencing 2nd  of May 2022. The winner must respond to the winner’s notification email within 7 days or an alternative winner will be chosen. The winner will be required to provide Apex Hotels with relevant information including their name, email address and phone number in order for the prize to be fulfilled.  

The main prize winner will be gifted with a £300 accommodation voucher that can be used in full or part payment at any of our ten Apex Hotels across the UK on overnight stays until 30th of September 2022 Prize does not include travel or transfers. Hotel availability and stay dates are subject to availability at time of booking. 

There is no cash alternative to the prize and Apex Hotels reserves the right to offer prizes of equal or greater value. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost or mislaid entries or prizes. 

The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, and entrants release Facebook entirely in relation to any liability associated with the promotion, insofar as is permissible by English and Scottish law. 

The decision made by Apex Hotels is final. The promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control. 

Apex Hotels Ltd decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.  

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Scottish law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
